SHIPPING

PRODUCTS WILL BE SHIPPED BY PEARLED IVORY TO THE DELIVERY ADDRESS GIVEN BY THE BUYER WHEN PLACING HIS/HER ORDER.

ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM FLORIDA.

ORDERS ARE NORMALLY DISPATCHED WITHIN 24 HOURS MONDAY TO FRIDAY IF THE ITEM IS IN HAND.

A TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL TO THE BUYER AFTER CHECKOUT. THE BUYER WILL THEN BE ABLE TO TRACK HIS/HER PARCEL FROM DISPATCH THROUGH TO DELIVERY.

PEARLED IVORY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT OR CUSTOMS DUTIES THAT MAY BE INCURRED WHEN RECEIVING A SHIPMENT.

RETURNS

IF THE BUYER IS UNHAPPY WITH A PRODUCT PURCHASED, PEARLED IVORY IS HAPPY TO OFFER AN EXCHANGE OF THE ITEM.

ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED BY THE BUYER IN THEIR ORIGINAL UNUSED CONDITION AND PACKAGING WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS AFTER THE DATE ON WHICH THE ORDER WAS RECEIVED, ENCLOSING A COPY OF THE INVOICE.

PLEASE EMAIL INFO@PEARLEDIVORY TO COMPLETE AN EXCHANGE.

ANY RETURNED ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR A RETURN OR EXCHANGE AND WILL BE SENT BACK AS IS TO THE BUYER, AT THE BUYER'S EXPENSE.
