Shipping

Products will be shipped by Pearled Ivory to the delivery address provided by the buyer when placing their order.

Orders are shipped from Florida.

Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, if the item is in stock.

A tracking number will be sent via email to the buyer after checkout. The buyer will then be able to track their parcel from dispatch through to delivery.

Pearled Ivory is not responsible for any import or customs duties that may be incurred when receiving a shipment.

Returns

If the buyer is unhappy with a product purchased, Pearled Ivory is happy to offer an exchange of the item. No refunds or returns are allowed.

Items must be returned by the buyer in their original, unused condition and packaging within fourteen (14) days after the date on which the order was received, including a copy of the invoice.

Please email info@pearledivory.com to complete an exchange.

Any returned items that are damaged or incomplete will not be accepted for an exchange and will be sent back as is to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

No returns or exchanges are allowed on unique leather products or items on sale.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item and for the shipment of the exchanged item.


Lost Packages

Pearled Ivory is not responsible for any packages lost by shipping carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). If a package is lost, you must contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim. We will assist with the process.

If a package is lost, we will not accept any chargebacks from the customer.
