Shipping

All products are shipped within 1-3 Business Days. Following your order, you will receive a tracking number. Pearled Ivory is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. All claims must be filed by the customer to the mail carrier. 

All international shipping options are automatically calculated based on the total package weight and distance. Pearled Ivory is not responsible for any import duties or taxes which may apply. 

 

Returns

We do not accept returns or refunds. In order to ensure proper sizing, measurements will be provided in each item description and further measurements are available upon request. All sales are final. 

 

Measurements

"Chest" - All chest measurements are from across pit to pit

"Length" - All length measurements are from the base of the neck down the back to the hem. 

NOTE: Please allow a slight difference due to manual measurements
