DESCRIPTION

The Bruin Pant, inspired from a Linen Pant sample we made, as we wanted to create an item of comfort, as well as the availability to dress the item up and down.


This pant presents a loose and exaggerated wide fit. Crafted from a Washed French terry cotton, custom milled. Accentuating the front are strings, adding a subtle detail to the design; a Pearled Ivory woven label. Charcoal Colorway.

With its long rise and natural hem, presenting the availability to hem to your desired length, without losing the imposed look. Constructed from 420 GSM French terry cotton, it promises durability and warmth. 

Designed in Florida. Made in Turkey. Ready to Ship.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

EXCHANGES

If the customer is unhappy with a product purchased, Pearled Ivory is happy to offer an exchange of the item. No refunds or returns are allowed.

Items must be shipped by the customer in their original, unused condition with tags intact and original packaging within fourteen (14) days after the date on which the order was received, including a copy of the invoice.

Any returned items that are damaged, or missing any of the aforementioned requirements (such as tags, packaging), will not be accepted for an exchange and will be sent back as is to the customer at the customer’s expense.

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item and for the shipment of the exchanged item.

Once your item has been delivered and the condition has been approved for an exchange, for all in stock items, please allow up to 3 business days for your exchange to be shipped.

Please email our Customer Service at info@pearledivory.com to complete an exchange or receive any further information regarding your
order.

No returns or exchanges are allowed on any leather products or items on sale.

SHIPPING

Products will be shipped by Pearled Ivory to the delivery address provided by the customer when placing their order.

All in-stock items are shipped from Florida and normally dispatched within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday.

For made- to-order items/pre-order items please refer to the dispatch date.

Orders containing items that are made-to-order/pre-order and in-stock items will be shipped together once everything is ready. However if you would like to receive items separately, we may be able to arrange that an additional shipping cost.

A tracking number will be sent via email to the customer after checkout. The customer will then be able to track their parcel from dispatch through to delivery.

Pearled Ivory is not responsible for any import or customs duties that may be incurred when receiving a shipment.

For any further shipping information or if you would like to amend your order, please contact info@pearledivory.com.

If you want to cancel an order, it must be within 12 hours of the time the order was placed. 

Lost Packages

Pearled Ivory is not responsible for any packages lost by shipping carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). If a package is lost, you must contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim. We will assist with the process.

If a package is lost, we will not accept any chargebacks from the customer.

1. Can I return my order?

2. Who do you ship with?

We use DHL for all International Orders.

We use USPS & UPS

3. Can I Buy Now and Pay Later?

We offer both Klarna and Afterpay which allows you to spread your payment over a period of time.

4. Do I Have to Pay Import Duty for International Orders?

Yes. At this current moment, we do not cover Import costs, as this is government regulated.

5. Can I Cancel My Order?

We work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly. We do this to make sure you get your order in the quickest time possible. Once you have placed your order we are unable to amend or cancel as we ship out all in-stock orders within 1 business day.

Made to Order items can't be canceled either, as they go into production within 12 hours.
