Inspired from my Fathers time in Istanbul, and growing up there. As he worked in the Leather industry growing up. This was a collaborative design with him and myself.
Presented with two-way YKK custom silver zippers and our signature spine seam on the back. The 'Pearled Ivory' woven label and two interior welt pockets being present. Zippers on the sleeves presenting the opportunity to increase width in wrist area.
Crafted from 100% Distressed Cow, real leather with a 100% acetate lining. Presenting cleaning instructions interiorly, imported from Italy and made in Turkey.
Each piece is made to order with a 2-4 week turn around time.

Shipping
Products will be shipped by Pearled Ivory to the delivery address provided by the buyer when placing their order.
Orders are shipped from Florida.
Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Friday, if the item is in stock.
A tracking number will be sent via email to the buyer after checkout. The buyer will then be able to track their parcel from dispatch through to delivery.
Pearled Ivory is not responsible for any import or customs duties that may be incurred when receiving a shipment.

Returns
If the buyer is unhappy with a product purchased, Pearled Ivory is happy to offer an exchange of the item. No refunds or returns are allowed.
Items must be returned by the buyer in their original, unused condition and packaging within fourteen (14) days after the date on which the order was received, including a copy of the invoice.
Please email info@pearledivory.com to complete an exchange.
Any returned items that are damaged or incomplete will not be accepted for an exchange and will be sent back as is to the buyer at the buyer's expense.

No returns or exchanges are allowed on unique leather products or items on sale.
The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item and for the shipment of the exchanged item.
Lost Packages
Pearled Ivory is not responsible for any packages lost by shipping carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). If a package is lost, you must contact the shipping carrier directly and file a claim. We will assist with the process.
If a package is lost, we will not accept any chargebacks from the customer.

Leather Orders can not be canceled once the jacket is in production. If you are wanting to cancel any order for your leather jacket, please cancel within 24 hours.
No Refunds. Only Exchanges.
Leather Alterations:
If you would like your leather jacket altered, we can only alter the sleeve length & body length. Each alteration will cost $100.
Once the item is altered, we won't be able to offer any refund or exchanges.
